A little overdue yet my first few months back in the UK have been an absolute whirlwind. A whirlwind that went from expecting my new website to be completed, fully functioning and ready for automation, an expectation of starting a temporary job and business networking and spending my first few weeks at a beautiful hotel in the countryside madly marketing and preparing and planning my first retreat for the end of 2024.
To, spending my first few weeks hold up in said beautiful hotel, learning how to design and build a fully functioning website, working with an amazing automation team, saying yes to my first ever JV (joint venture) partnership with a friend based in Australia, driving across the UK viewing potential venues, making firm dates for events much earlier than the end of the year and catapulting at high speed towards an August retreat while madly sorting powerpoint presentations, retreat logistics and a new home. Oh, and starting a NLP practitioner certification.
There has been weeks of meetings, networking, research, study, training, zoom calls and brainstorming, all ready to give our clients a unique and transforming experience on our first retreat...of many.
Why the changes?
Well, I am always looking for ways to give clients better tools to equip and empower them to walk away from a retreat in a better position to accelerate their results.
A common issue I saw with my clients, over the years, was their mindset. No matter who their coach was or how good their training and nutrition plan was, if their mindset wasn't in the right place, their success, if any, was short-lived.
On previous 'bootcamps' we covered mindset and obstacles, yet never to the depth that we will cover during our new retreat schedule. Certainly not to the depth we can now go with joining forces with Tracey and the use of NLP and hypnotherapy.
Tracey joins us with a wealth of experience in the fields of NLP and hypnotherapy where she specialises in PTSD/Trauma and addiction and is a Master NLP trainer and Clinical Hypnotherapist, in addition to her PT and nutrition knowledge and experience.
So now our retreats will include NLP and hypnotherapy sessions (including one-on-one sessions with Tracey) along with the PT sessions, nutrition workshops and various other presentations.
We are getting to the root of why our clients are where they are in the first place, why they struggle with their weight/wellness, clearing those limiting and false beliefs, getting a clear vision and setting clear goals, to get them out of that continual cycle of either never hitting their goals or hitting their goals and then continually finding themselves back to square one.
Our clients learn why they got there and how to recognise the negative patterns, reframe any negative self-talk and pivot towards their path to success...faster.
Clients gain the confidence, knowledge and tools they need to keep moving forward and accelerate their results, and not necessarily just in the weightloss/fitness sphere.
We ensure our clients are set up for success and optimal results, not just while on our retreats but once they leave and in every sphere of their lives.

No the aim of the program is to transform the way you look, feel & perform whilst allowing you to continue to eat the foods you love and have the flexibility to lead a balanced lifestyle.
The goal of the program is to also give you the knowledge and key tools so that you aren't reliant on a coach for the rest of your life. We will educate you throughout the whole process to make sure that you understand the reasons behind the methods used throughout your program. That said, we do have a members area for ongoing support and you are always welcome back for further coaching when looking to achieve new goals that you want our support for.
You will have 1-1 communication with your coach for support whenever you require it. In addition to this you will also have a checkin each week to review your progress and make sure that you're consistently progressing every single week.
We actually suggest that you do! We will educate you on the principles needed to give you the flexibility to continue to enjoy all of the foods that you love whilst achieving word class results.
Your commitment will depend on your goals and your plan will be designed to fit around both your schedule and the equipment that you have available. What works for one client doesn't necessarily work for another, which is why all programs are personalised to each client.
