All Clients choosing to work with CC Wellness Solutions and attending any CC Wellness Solutions events should be aware of and accept the risks involved - all clients are advised to seek medical advice from their GP prior to their commitment.

By investing and participating in Coaching, you are fast tracking your results and we have faith that by working together we can get results. However, it does take two to get results. Success requires a level of personal commitment from the client as well. Teaming up with a coach is not simply an option to transfer personal responsibility for your health onto someone else.

Session Policy

The most important factor in improving your mindset, health, fitness and achieving results is consistency. Consistently following your coaches guidelines and regularly turning up for each session is just as important as the quality of your physical activity and nutrition choices. Coaching guarantees you will receive quality instruction and professional service.

Our coaching sessions are valuable, and you are asked to respect this by giving notice of 24 hours, prior to any designated session, if you are unable to attend. Failure to do so may result in sessions still being charged.

Monthly Fees

All packages for online coaching (and in-person if applicable) must be paid in full, in advance, via Stripe before each monthly block of coaching begins. Failure to do so may result in your monthly package being delayed.

Packages

All initial packages run for a minimum of 6 or 12 weeks commitment (depending on package purchased), after which you will go on a month-to-month agreement, which requires you to give 30 days notice prior to your next payment date. Failure to give 30 days notice in the appropriate time frame may result in a partial or full payment for the next months coaching. If, for any reason, you need to cancel within the initial 6/12-week commitment it will be at the discretion of the business as to whether payment is due for the remainder.

Injury rehabilitation policy

It is understood that there are times that you may not be able to participate in a session due to an injury or illness. But this doesn’t mean you should not attend at all, depending on the injury/illness. As long as you give 24 hours’ notice, an alternative session can be planned for you, taking into consideration your injury/illness. It is important to keep the momentum going!

Guarantee

As with any professional business, we are not happy unless you are. If, for some reason, you are not happy with our service please let us know. So, we can endeavour to provide you with the highest quality of service and rectify any issues.

In the event that you must stop your coaching, it is asked that you provide at least 30 days notice before your next payment is due. If your package includes 1:1 sessions then the remaining session(s) for that month will remain in place and you have 6 weeks from the start of your notice of cancellation to use these plus, any other outstanding sessions.

Personal Agreement

I understand that certain elements of a coaching program can be physically demanding. As a condition of my enrolment, I accept full and complete responsibility for my own participation in the sessions and for my physical and emotional wellbeing and the attainment of the goals I/we have established.

This means I acknowledge CC Wellness Solution Ltd/Candy’s recommendations and that I obtain a doctor’s approval of my participation in my chosen coaching program. I agree to hold CC Wellness Solutions Ltd and Candy free and harmless of any and all liability for any death, subsequent injury or health complication that may result from or be aggravated by my participation in my chosen program.

I understand that I must notify Candy at least 24 hours in advance of any changes I wish to make to my coaching timetable, as failure to do so may result in the session still being charged. I acknowledge the 30-day cancellation period for both in-person sessions and online coaching and I agree to give sufficient notice if I intend to leave the coaching program.
